Miss Regina is a very, very pleasant property manager!!! The best yet since I've lived in this building for the 20 years I've been residing here!!!!!

I love my apartment the size the space the style ... I can't complain and Mrs Regina is awesome she understanding and very welcoming .

The management is very friendly and the building is very quiet.What more could you ask for?

Recently moved to Woodhill apts..... So far I have nothing bad to say. The rent is reasonable and the neighborhood is very nice. The staff is great and always will to help if you have any concerns. I am very happy I found such a nice affordable apartment! Signed very pleased tenet :-)

The complex is placed in a nice neighborhood and everything is always kept clean. All of management is awesome they really care about your needs and they work on helping you right away. I work at night and I always feel safe going to my car since everything is well lite. The units are beautiful and I would recommend woodhill to anybody.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I love it. I've been here for a few months now and don't regret my choice one bit. Move in...you won't either! Management is friendly and fair as well.

Always see Mrs. Irene walking around straignteing the grounds. Always smiling and helpful, i like being here. love the restripping in parking area because it is more orderly. Just noticed a shining bright light was added near outside steps and it gives me a sense of safety and security.

I must say I feel comfortable with my kids at Woodhill apartments all the neighbors has been wonderful couldn't ask for much more management has the tenants as priority one.never seen a company so dedicated in the safety and the well being of their tenants awesome place definitely one of a kind

AWESOME!!! I moved in less than 4 months ago from a large family home( 4bdrms, 3baths, 3story town home. I habe 4 children (3men & a lady) and my men move out and went to college so it was me and my lil.lady so we down sized my hone to thia beautiful aptment. From the first initial conversation inviting me to tour I felt that thia place was fot us. The renovation that I observed from day one and it was done with quickness. If Ur moving, this is the place to start over. The Staff are great and work fast and professional on any matter. Im glad I made this my new home.

I have been here for years and I must say the new owners and management is incredible. They keep the property clean. Also I had a plumbing bill and they took care of the bill for me cause they said I was a great tenant who pays her rent in time. I can't remember when I got recognition for being a good tenant. The maintenance is awesome. When u call they come knocking.

Lost my house and had to move into a one bedroom unit. Never thought I could be happy after that but feel blessed to call woodhill my new home. During last weeks storm, the handyman came to my place after hours to fix a small leak. My daughter says she has never received service like that in all the years she been at her building. My family and I moved into Woodhill one month ago and in that time, we have experienced more professionalism, respect, cleanliness and pest free living than all my years in neighboring complexes. I can't hear my neighbors fighting anymore! I had to put this out there because I feel so good about finally being treated like I matter. I used to worry about working so late but the security of Woodhill is on POINT!

Beyond happy with this place. I'm so happy that management actually cares if something is working or not. I call, they come, I'm happy. I may never leave!
