I lived here for a year. The maintenance staff was great and super friendly as well as some of the front desk staff. Things really went downhill when management transitioned from Jake to Tiffany. I found management to be very harassing and rude in nature, which made living there quite miserable. Additionally the some of the older condo owners are extremely rude to students which didn't make living situations any better. The heating/AC system was awful and uncomfortable most of the year and there was nothing to do to fix that. After 4 months of living here, I was already counting down the weeks until move out. Not to mention, this place is way too expensive! Don't live here.
