The owners of this place are both old and rude. It is all about the almighty dollar. When someone comes in to complain because their card was charged incorrectly for some kind of phone transaction, they roll their eyes and huff and puff. Employees are also rude only both young girls are nice, one pregnant other one was there shortly is now gone. Both older women are rude. I do not recommend this place. Arnold is worse than Harold but both are up there on the Ick! scale. I had to give this place one star...unfortunately.

As a registered nurse, I am very disappointed with the pharmacist and co-owner Arnold. i asked to him to call my new pharmacy to clarify a dosage that was faxed over by tuxedo. He said." i will try to get to it. i am very busy. why don't they call us? We are here. Cant they call us?

Very rude and unconcerned with the fact that I was going to run out of my meds. I agree with other post. chip on his shoulder for sure. He is a grumpy old man. retire already.

The owner is completely off his rocker, IMHO. You give tons of business but all he is worried about is the work it took to fill the scripts (God forbid a pharmacy have to fill a prescription correctly!) . You can tell it is all about the money - cheapest brands available, it seems to me. The two times I've seen the owner he has an enormous chip on his shoulder and rolls his eyes at me from behind the counter. Certainly they don't care about your health because his advice went against physicians' and would have me doing extra testing costing me much more money! He demanded I take inappropriate meds for my conditions and aggressively argued with me pestering me over and over complaining to me about how much work it was to fill the common and generic prescription in the first place. I think he is a bully and that is why his business is so small for the amount of time and area he serves.

Tuxedo was a great pharmacy, and I have used them exclusively for years. Unfortunately, when I needed some help, they refused to solve my problem. Bottom line...I went to antoher pharmacy who dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. Tuxedo is fine until you need a little help, then customer loyalty and service dont exist.

I love supporting small local businesses. I have used Tuxedo for years and have sent many friends and co-workers to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, as soon as I had a problem, Tuxedo was unwilling to help...told me the bottom line was they might lose a little money. I was stunned, as I have been a loyal customer for so long and thought I had built up a relationship with this business. I called 2 other pharmacys, both were able to handle what I needed with no problems. I will miss Tuxedo, but they have alot to learn about customer service and loyalty. Would never go there again.
