I came to TLC after being with another local audiologist and I was overwhelmingly impressed. After walking into the door on the first day, I felt comfortable. Once I first sat down with Dr. Bishop, I already had the feeling that I was set. No need to look further. Dr. Bishop makes you feel that you are part of office that cares. Here personal touch is heartwarming. I will be here for now on. My suggested hearing aids are better than what I had and they took care of all my insurance needs. You will not be disappointed. I am a set patience for life.

I have been seeing audiologists for 25 years while living in various parts of the US. Dr. Emily Taylor is a highly qualified audiologist who I gladly give a rating of excellence. Her knowledge of her field is notable and she stays current with the latest technologies. Hearing loss can be complex and personal and she freely gives her time to discuss options and try various programming options with my hearing aids. The entire office is welcoming and Emily Taylor is very accessible and a pleasure to work with. You really can't go wrong with Taylor Listening Center.

I had a fantastic experience with Taylor Listening Center. When I first came in the office I was really struggling with an old 'basic' hearing aid, often calling out of work on 'bad hearing days' and avoiding certain social situations.

Emily was very patient and understanding of my situation. She allowed me to 'demo' multiple different devices for an extended period of time so we could find the right fit and explore all the options I was interested in such as Bluetooth and streaming iPhone integration.

Since working with Taylor Listening Center I've haven't had to call out of work and am more comfortable in situations that were previously difficult such as going to the movies, attending shows or traveling through the airport. I highly recommend making an appointment with them.

Dr. Emily Taylor is the best!!! I was having issues with my hearing, almost to the point where I couldn't hear out of my left ear and my balance was thrown off. It turned out to be built up wax and Dr. Taylor took exceptional care in treating my ears, testing out all potential issues and explaining all measures to take for the future to protect my hearing. The entire experience was top notch. Stop looking anywhere else and go to TLC, I promise you won't regret it!

My experience at Taylor Listening Center would be rated with 10 stars if I could. I am no stranger to hearing loss and I can say based on years of experience that Emily Taylor is a highly skilled audiologist. She helped me select the hearing aid that best suited my particular needs and she said right up front that we would keep fine tuning things until I was satisfied. She is a great listener and is so warm, friendly and professional that I felt entirely free to discuss what I liked and what I was still struggling with. I love that she is staying so up to date with current technology and I'm thrilled with my new hearing aid. I will never go to another audiologist again!

I recently relocated to Baltimore and as a long time hearing aid user; I needed to find a new audiologist. By chance I found Taylor Listening Center as I searched offices in the area. I found Dr. Taylor to be one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and professional audiologists I have met to date. I recently purchased an expensive pair of hearing aids from another audiologist but ended up not being able to wear them even after repeated attempts to calibrate them correctly. Not only did Dr. Taylor patiently listen to and address all of my questions / concerns, she went out of her way to make sure the hearing aids worked the way I needed them to. I could not be happier with the level of support provided here and would highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone.

As I have aged the various professionals I have dealt with through the years have retired. I have often been compelled to seek treatment from young, not always skillful, practitioners. However,my luck changed when I encountered the Taylor Listening Center. The entire process from testing, evaluation, to instructions for insertion of my “new ears” was painless, pleasant and productive. I found Dr. Taylor’s patience, expertise and quiet efficiency to be very refreshing. Thank you for this positive experience.

I had the pleasure of having my hearing tested at TLC yesterday and haven’t stopped telling people about it since! Dr. Taylor and her office manager are absolutely wonderful. The test was actually enjoyable….loved seeing the results and even though I’m not ready for hearing aids, Dr. Taylor let me try some on – these are NOT my grandmother’s hearing aids – they were extremely comfortable and I could barely see the thin little clear piece of tubing that rested comfortably in my ear. I’m actually looking forward to getting them one day (as strange as that may sound). I’m so happy to have come to The Taylor Listening Center and look forward to another visit next year!

I was able to schedule an appointment for my 9 year old son, myself and my mother to obtain hearing tests. Dr. Taylor was able to work around our crazy and inconvenient schedules. Besides the office being absolutely beautiful, we were greeted by name and handled with the warmest, most patient care, even my 9 year old who wanted to know about each button on each machine. EVERYONE should have their hearing tested, especially as a baseline for the future. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff at the Taylor Listening Center for such great service!

The atmosphere is extremely clean, organized and beautiful. It is a very relaxed environment. The care you receive is exceptional. It is very nice to go to an office that the staff is friendly, upbeat and tends to your needs with a positive attitude. I would recommend this office and Dr. Taylor for all your hearing care needs.
