I would like to complaint about my several encounter with a receptionist from this facility whose name is lakisha, her behavior toward me when I was trying to set up an appointment with my doctor because I had high fever. The receptionist's behavior was insensitive and untrained by putting me unhold while later i could hear her just in silence and telling me that i should excuse her because she was very slow while she was putting my information on the computer and asking me several times the same question over and over and saying what was the reason of my phone call when I repeatedly informed her why I was calling. It was obviously frustrating that I had to inform her that I going to contact another doctor because I could not stand any longer this person behavior.
