Provided by YP.comThe Ruth's Chris Pier 5 on The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore is one of the best steakhouses in town. They have nice appetizers and I'm a fan of the Cowboy Ribeye. The mash potatoes & cream spinach make a superb meal. They always have a great wine list highlighted by the Cabernets.
