If I could give this place negative stars I would, they sent preventative maintenance upon my move in which I thought was great. Only to find out there was a huge mice infestation before I came! Over the past 10 months, exterminators have come out every TWO WEEKS and sometimes more frequent than that. Sorry they're trying to fix the problem but it's not fixable! Beware of moving here! Finally taking legal action because I've never dealt with this before or rodents period. I catch a new mouse everyday, yet they're fixing and fixing holes and laying poison! Nothing works. Waste of money and peace of mind! I was told no matter how clean my apartment is, my neighbors are dirty! So I guess that's my problem. You get exactly what you pay for. Never again
