The service is good and the staff is very professional however it’s impossible to make an appointment over the phone. They just don’t answer the phone. So if you need an urgent appointment Good Luck!!!

Been taking my family to Kool Smiles for the last 10 years. We are always welcomed and they know us by name. Very great staff.

This office is by far the best Kool smiles I've been too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You will never leave this office with unanswered questions. THEY ARE AWESOME!

All the staff were really knowledgeable of their job the facility was cleaned and smelled really nice .

The staff was very courteous. The techs and dentist were patient and was willing to explain everything that was going on. My son has special needs, and their patience and professionalism eased whatever anxiety he had prior to receiving services.

This particular Kool Smiles located at N. Broadway and North Avenue, is very clean and it is in a decent location.

They're cool for children. I appreciate the caring and compassion they have for my kids. Thank you Kool smiles!!!!

Great service! I realized I missed my appointment at 1pm and, Brandon made sure I was able to get fit in at 2pm today!

I like how the staff was very excited to meet my son. The tech in the back talked to my son so nice and made sure he was not scared. they took there time and didn't rush on my son cleaning . not too mention they were very fast and professional. Im from d.c so I have been going to the Hechinger mall location and I must say this location is waaaayy better and more cleaner an the staff is very polite and much more professional.

I like the way they handle children and their parents. They were understanding to me having my own anxiety for my child.

They treat and welcome us like they knew us for years the stuff from the receptionist they took care of my grandson and my daughter we asked questions and we got answers they loved and played with my grandson not one bad attitude in the building for a Monday,the stuff was holding conversation smiles all around thanks Kool Smiles for an overall experience we will be back keep doing what you do?

My kids been coming here for years normally it take along time for us all to be seen but today was cool about time

This was my first time being serviced at a Kool Smiles location. I can honestly say I will come back. The service was excellent. The staff exemplified professionalism. I was taken on time and left shortly after. Efficiency is their niche.

My daughter and I loves it here, we've been coming here since 2014 and nothing changed but the clothes. I would recommend this business to anyone.
