Wow! I never thought I would be impressed by a storage facility but they have blown me away. My child is a student at John Hopkins. We needed a place for them to store their school items for the summer. I called Morningside Storage (1760 Union Avenue, Baltimore, MD) as I was calling a few places. I was so impressed in our call by their level of customer service, I reserved a unit (small 5x5) over the phone. The facility is about ten minutes way from Hopkins campus. The day my child had to move out of the Hopkins dorm, we arrived in an UberX with all of my child's stuff. Tony went and got us a cart and walked us to our unit. Their price is incredibly competitive and the facility is brand new and spotless. The fact that I can still comment on the quality of customer service weeks later should say something.
