Poor customer service

Dropped off a window for repair. It was to be completed and I was to be notified when it was completed. I never received a call, I called them to find out the repair was done. I arrived to pick up the window at 4:27pm just see the last employee racing out of the parking lot. No bedroom window over the weekend, thank you Lindner!
