I came in to get some scratches on my car repaired and find out about a piece of rubber that had come loose. They took care of me while I waited.

My entire family (4 vehicles) have been using Leading Edge for all of our mechanical and body repair needs for the last 10 years.
I recently had them detail my daughters 2008 Honda Accord and when I got it back it didn’t look like the same car. I literally didn’t recognize it. The wax job made it look like a new car, then I opened it and the interior was spotless and smelled fantastic.
I am always confident that I can leave any of our vehicles with them and they will do what is right and not over charge for their services.
On a prior visit, my daughter was having problems with her air conditioning not operating. Jeff had his Technician diagnosis the problem and told me it needed a relay replaced. We got the car back the next day and he only charged my daughter for the part cost. Any other facility would have charged at least one hour diagnostic time and then time to access and install the relay.
I am a retired Auto Insurance Damage Appraiser of 27 years and can honestly say that this type of business etiquette is extremely rare, if not almost extinct.
Jeff, Anthony, Ryan & his entire staff have obviously worked very hard to earn the A+ rating at the BBB, and it’s well deserved.

These guys are great - bottom line. I called for a last minute problem with my AC failing, they then fit me in their busy schedule. After working on the problem they recognized that any fix they made would only last for a matter of days because of an underlying problem - so they told me the bigger issue, offered an estimate, and didn't charge me a cent for their time or supplies used. They even repaired a loose mount they ran across in the process, again no charge. A good, honest shop and bunch of guys - don't hesitate.

This place is great. I'm newer to the area and have been looking for a good mechanic. They have always been able to get my car in the same day and are honest about pricing. They will definitely have my business as long as I live in the area.

Reason #1 never to move away from Baltimore -- Leading Edge Auto Body shop. This mechanic shop is THE BEST!! They have helped me with every car repair problem I've brought to them, and they are kind, understanding, have great ideas and know when something needs to be fixed or can wait. Jeff, Ryan, Mike and the team are top-notch professionals who, if they wanted to, could work only on super high-end cars but they don't -- they want to work every kind of car and treat my car (a 16 year old Subaru) like it's a Mercedes!! I would give Leading Edge even more stars if this site would let me. Go to Leading Edge... you'll be spoiled for life!!

In a word -- Excellent! I needed tires badly which they replaced at reasonable cost. When they called to say the car was ready I asked if they had time to replace a tail light. They informed me that they had already replaced it and detailed the car at no cost. They took me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and courteous. The icing on the cake was that they refuse to accept tips.

Leading Edge had great customer service and does amazing work.These guys are awesome. It was MUCH cheaper than I expected and looks good! They were friendly as well -- 0 minutes wait time, they came out immediately and worked on it. I got some body work done and my car looks brand new! :) Ask for Ryan, he's awesome. Thanks again guys!

Leading Edge will continue to be my go to place for automotive repairs. They gave a fair price, and what is most important to me is that the job was done right, with no additional expenses thrown in. Ryan was extremely courteous, and went out of his way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. He called in a timely manner to update me. Thanks guys!

Great place, did super work and very courteous. Took two cars there over six months. First had severe body damage and they did wonders. And then detailed it for free! Second had minor scratches and dents from a little incident. They did the repairs in one day and for free. I highly recommend Leading Edge, the only place to go!

We are from out of town, our bumper was almost completely pulled off, we needed help. Leading Edge did the job of putting our bumper back on quickly, inexpensively and competently. We were able to get back in time to babysit our grandson. We felt well treated and were grateful for their help. Thank you Joe.

Do to the snowstorms over the winter, I had already put knicks into the bumper of the car and chipped the paint. Jeff touched it all up for me, and painted my replacement side view mirror and gas cap to match the rest of the car. They also cleaned my windshield and dash. When all was said and done, and it was time for me to pick up the car, it had started to pour outside and I was about a mile down the road at a shopping center killing time until it was ready (I had walked from my house to the shopping center since I was careless at the point). Jeff called and asked where I was. He sent two employees out to deliver my car to me.

Wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. I got into a fender bender late one Saturday a few weeks ago, when I stopped short and ran into the car in front of me. I was so frazzled by the experience because it was the first and only car accident I had ever been in, not to mention it was completely my fault. Edge helped a lot. Has great prices and they are quick.

Best place best people always treat as friends and superb service. I as well have referred three friends who have been happy too.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that they are up front with you and they do great work!

So far I have only gone for an estimate and I liked the personal nature of the customer service and their kind advice. Leading Edge is also trying hard to work inside my schedule which I greatly appreciate especially because they are very busy at present.

These guys are great. My Dodge Intrepid has been trying to die on me for the last 2 years and Jeff and his team have kept it going through it all(including a flood salvage that turned out great!). With the car on its last legs, they gave me quotes for a proper fix as well as a patch-job. They tend to be quite busy at times( so make sure you call first) but that just shows how popular they are. Highly recommended.

I cannot say say enough about the service at this place. I hurried into the store when I needed a REALLY quick fix today and the service adviser dropped everything to help me out ASAP. I've never had such a painless experience at an auto shop before. I definitely recommend this place.

We have used them for body work. When our car was severely damaged in a hit and run, their body shop executed a difficult repair. They fixed the car in the specified time such that it was almost like new and they resolved the few glitches that came up after in a very timely manner.

When it came to the work, Leading Edge was more reasonable and less likely to quote problems. They provided pictures of the problem the dealer did not fix properly so I could actually get proper follow up service from my actual car dealer.
