This is the most wonderful music supply store I have ever encountered in my 25 years of playing. I've had bad service and I've had good service with different music stores and companies. But I've never had such wonderful service as I've had with this company. They take the time to really answer any questions and know exactly what they are talking about. I've spoken with Ken on a few occasions and he has helped me out tremendously to get the exact supplies for my electric and acoustic violins. They deserve 10 stars!!Donna Loomis
