I was pleased with this salon. They are fast and they honor their appointments. This salon is so peaceful i actually got some work done. The stylist was so intentive.
I will be back.

I appreciated this place. The stylist was very proficient in her work. She seemed to really love what she does. I had received my sew in about a week ago. The braids were not too tight and the style was gorge.

I booked an appointment online which was a first for me.
When I walked in I was seated immediately which I liked  because I usually have to wait hours in a salon.
I had my dreadlocs maintenanced. The service was fast and the hairstylist was professional. It was great to find a salon that specializes in natural hair.

I called in advance for my appointment and I was told to book online. Im getting used to this type of thing even though I am old school. So I had to pay $35 to reserve my spot. I understand though because I know people flake on their appointments. It really makes it hard on everybody else. But I did book. So when I went to the salon the salon was a cute quaint place. They have it really laid back there. They had the tv on and we watched a different world. I really like that show. well anyway. I received a relaxer. The stylist explained to me everything that she was going to do. She also told me what products she used on me and gave me the option of taking some products home. I got a hair cut because my ends were quite damaged. She deep conditioned my hair. I just was very impressed on the service. The price was good as well. I don't get my hair done so I understood paying $125 for everything. I will be back when its time.

I love my hair. The stylist was fast. She also got me out quickly. I still had time to do what I needed to do. I will definitely be back.

Where can I start...I loved this place. The ladis there are professional and they know what they are doing.

I am going natutal....and I found this place online. When I called I was told that I have to have a consultation. I was surprised because I had called several salons and no one said that. The lady was very business like and I got an immediate appointment.
When I got there I filled out a card and was serviced. The stylist shayne really did a good job. She took her time and deranged my hair. She gave me some products to take home. The price was 135 but I got a lot for it. My hair was really messed up. I got a deep conditioner trim and flat iron and the price includes products.

I was a little bit nervous at first because I don't really go to hair salons. I had a really bad experience at one before. So I have natural hair and I looked up salons and this one popped up. From the phone call I knew that this place was professional. This place must be under new management because these other reviews could not be further away from the truth. I called their and was immediately asked what service that I was looking for . I told her that I was transitioning and wanted a big chop. She told me the process of getting an appointment and it is online. You do have to pay a deposit of $35 which I was a little bit Leary but it's through PayPal so it was cool. She said that it will come off of my bill when I was serviced. I was like dang they serious. I receive a text to show up 15 minutes early so I did. I was immediately serviced and was out of the salon in less than 2 hours. The salon is intimate and quite serene. We watched Wendy Williams and the staff was professional. She offered some products for me to purchase and I did because she used them on me in the salon. This place is going places I felt like I was special. I will be back.

I received a silk press and was pleased. My hair was in a wreck. The head stylist gave me a consultation first. She explained everything I needed. I spend over $145 for the service plus I got some products. I will be back in 6 weeks. I would suggest you go here if you have natural hair and don't know what to do.

She gave me a treatment trimand a shampoo....it was reasonable as well. I would definetely recommend this place.

This place gave a bad first impression we spoke to a woman that was very rude, she wasn'ttaken virginia customers and was short on the phone. And refused to provide any salons that are taking Virginia clients, I wouldn't refer anyone to this salon. It was a truly disappointing experience......

If I could give zero stars I would. It's unfortunate this review doesn't even pertain to the quality of their work. The customer service was so poor over the phone, I will never find out because I will never spend my money there. I called to ask about loc extensions and what they charge. The lady that answered asked me "how much I was looking to spend?" So I said I don't know, tell me how much you charge and I can decide then. Then she told me to go find out how much I was willing to spend and that she was with a client and hung up on me. To me if some one treats a prospective customer like that, I can't imagine how they treat them after they have been paid. I would not trust them.

I spent $130 getting my daughter's hair done less than a week ago and I am now LIVID! The Marley Twist that she got are now falling out of her head and the twist that haven't come out are now a fuzzy mess! I should have turned around and walked out of the shop when the braider demanded that I pay half up front before the stylist even began. From my experience, I'm guessing that people have often been dissatisfied in the past and refused to pay before walking out, which is the reason for this demand.



This place is terrible and a complete waste of space you ask me. The shop is dusty and outdated, but these things could have been overlooked if the stylist did have a decent job on my daughter's hair. Don't get me wrong when I left they looked pretty okay. But there is NO reason to have Marley Twist FALLING out of a persons scalp in less than a week when the twists are attached to shoulder length hair.



All and all, I wouldn't throw a bucket of water on this dump it if it was engulfed in flames! Stay far away unless you want to throw your money away. You'll be better off finding a kitchen stylist on Craigslist.

I went there about a month ago. The service was great. I got a sew in and the lady did a great job. I'm still wearing it now. I have to make an appointment to get it taken out from them. They actually shampoo the hair and she put a conditioner in it and trimmed my ends. They go above and beyond. The price was a little high but it was worth it. You really do get what you pay for. I would recommend this salon

I loved this place. I made my appointment online. The first thing I was when I got there was greeted. I had to fill out a profile card and I was seated. I had to pay up front I was thrown off by that but I paid. I was like I'm going to give them a try. I have locs so that's what I got locked maintenance and a style. The guy did my hair. He took his time and I left out happy. They booked me another appointment I was happy and pleased. Go support this salon.

Worst salon experience I have ever had and I didn't even get my hair done. I made my appointment online and was called by, I guess, the owner. We discussed my appointment and I texted a picture of the style I wanted. I was texted the price for my services. When I arrived I was given an information sheet to fill out. I was then told the price of my services and asked to pay upfront. When I questioned why I needed to pay upfront I was told I because they knew the quality of work they were going to provide. I let them know that I didn't know their quality of work and that paying upfront is not a NORMAL practice with regards to service rendered. I was then told the NORMAL was relative. When I disagreed with this idea I was asked to leave the salon. Let me say this, I make it a point to support black business and to give good reviews when they are warranted. I believe people deserve the very best possible service and based on my brief interaction with the minimal staff at this salon, I would recommend you spend your hard earned dollars in an establishment that actually values it's customer! And the actual salon was in poor condition and disrepair! The staff could benefit from organizing and modernizing the space instead of sitting infront of lab tops and watching the Real House Wives of Atlanta. Maybe they should be watching Tabitha's Salon Take Over and getting some ideas about customer service and revitalizing the establishment!

i was greeted nicely. I was serviced promptly. It was a very nice atmosphere. The stylist that did my hair was very knowledgeable. I got my hair blown out. She really did a great job nevause my hair is really course. I will definetly be back and i would suggest that you give them a try

I had the WORST hair experience of my entire life at this salon. The customer service was horrible and the hair service was even worse. The main stylist and her husband were very rude. First, I was asked to pay upfront! I have never heard of that in my life! I asked for a twist out or a rod set, and the stylist was not able to do either one. I just ended up getting my hair blow dried. I also asked to get a trim (big mistake) and my hair ended up being bluntly cut unevenly. I had to go get my hair braided the next day. I will never, ever go back there. I would advise anyone else not to go either.

They were timely. I got right in the seat. They have a very pleasant shampoo lady. I recieved a weave fron shar. She was good it was my first time there so I was a little nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. The price was nice too. The lady shar was so niceand attentive. I would definetly go back
