The staff offers assistance in planning every aspect of the memorial to personalized funeral services. Our Promise: Service: We are in business to serve our customers. That means we must always place the customer's interest above all else. Respect: We must always remember that every casket, outer burial container and urn we will handle contains the remains of someone's loved one. Therefore, those remains and containers must be handled with dignity and respect at all times. Likewise, we must treat all grave spaces and markers with care and respect. Honesty: If there is a problem affecting a customer, the Company's policy is to deal with the problem openly and honestly by telling our customer what we know and working with them to solve the problem. We must never conceal a problem from management. We must notify the Cemetery's General Manager if we become aware of any problem, so he or she can make sure the situation is handled in a manner that is proper, legal and ethical in every way. Privacy: We must respect the privacy of our customers. That means we will not discuss sensitive or confidential subjects involving our customers or our Company outside of the workplace.
