Fitz Mechanical is a great company. They have always fixed my grandmonther's AC unit in the past. When mine went up the day before the Fourth of July, I knew I was in trouble. I woke up to the house being 82 degrees inside and rising. When I called to make an appointment, they said they were booked and couldn't come until Monday after the holiday. I completely understood and just figured I'd have to ride out the next four days in the heat. About an hour later, Fitz called back and said they had a quick opening and could stop by in a few minutes. Surely enough, 10 minutes later, Mr. Fitz showed up and worked on my AC. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. He fixed the broken part on the AC within 20 minutes, checked the furnace, and was out the door. He was a life-saver! I would highly reccommend Fitz Mechanical for their professional and friendly service. The fact that they called me back before the holiday and squeezed me in in the morning was what impressed me the most. He even gave me a quick overview of what it might cost when I eventually need to upgrade from my ancient AC unit to a newer one. The price for fixing it was reasonable as well. Thank you Mr. Fitz!
