I would NEVER patronize nor use this laundromat again in my life they are prejudice here! The owners are Asian a women and man and the one worker Warren is the attendant. I even called the following today (today) to speak to the owner in he hung up on. I took a trip there and he's EXTREMELY rude and nasty!! I came to the laundromat before 10pm which is the time that they close. I'm a regular customer here as well, but I had a long night. Nevertheless, the attendant rushed me to finish washing and drying my clothes advising me that at 10pm he is closing and that I will not have time to dry my clothes. There was a Caucasian gentlemen who was there as well. He allowed him to finish washing and drying after 10pm. Soon after he departed the attendant Warren told me he was closing and leaving! He had to contact the police b/c I was not leaving with my 2 year old with 2 bags of cold wet laundry. Besides my dryer had 5 minutes remaining. BCPD came and one officer threatened me that he would arrest me for trespassing. I am contacting my attorney, but as a customer and to give heads up please do not patronize this facility.

I wish I could give this establishment a significant negative amount of stars. Dropped off my laundry to be washed and dried since my washer and dryer at my home were broken. We made sure to ask the person who took our clothes if they would read the labels in regards to instructions for washer and dryer temperatures and we were assured that they would.



When I got back my clothes, a handful of my polyester shirts and underwear were completely ruined with marks and stains all over them. These were not inexpensive clothes either. I brought back my clothes to show them what they had done and the woman who works at the desk said she would speak to her manager. The manager eventually called me and literally SCREAMED at me on the phone saying that it was not their responsibility and I must have brought in my clothes already ruined. He refused to do anything to help with the situation. He was nasty and extremely unprofessional and eventually just hung up on me.



I am appalled at the terrible job this laundromat did with my clothes and even more appalled with how nasty the manager was and how terrible the customer service was. I am so upset with myself for paying for them to ruin my clothing.



DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Very clean and modern place. Owner is friendly and helpful. Easy access and parking. Not your father's laundromat.
