Zero stars if possible. The manager on site, her name is Raven is completely unprofessional. She violated the rental agreement and being very rude, to the degree that I’ve been yelled at. Briefly, I’d like to explain what happened. I wanted to move my stuff from my current unit that I rented to the smaller one because I realized the current unit is too large. It was the last day of the month (May 31). When I came to the property at about 2:45 pm and tried to rent a smaller unit I've been told that I have time to move my stuff before the office will be closed which is 6 pm (buy the way, google maps says it's 3 pm on Sundays and it was Sunday). I retorted that according to the rental agreement I have time to move out by the end of the day, the gate hours are 7am to 7pm (see the pictures attached). Raven brought the user agreement, read the same thing but kept insisting that she was right. I politely disagreed several times after that she started yelling on me, and threatened to call the police on me! Like WHAT???!!! I’m an immigrant and have an accent, maybe she thought that I’m not smart enough to understand the rental agreement? If so that’s racist! Also, she walks her large pitbull on the property without a leash Putting other customers in danger, I have an eye witness confirming this fact. That dog can kill someone. She smokes on the property although it’s a smoke free area. I tried to contact the national customer service line and the local headquarters. When I spoke to the regional operational manager, he wasn’t helpful at all. I explained to him the situation and said that I’m thinking to write a negative review about my experience he said that I’m threatening him. I felt, that all he did was covering the property manager. All of this does not make any sense to me. I do not recommend EZ Storage to anyone!!!
