You would think that replacing worn out heel bottoms is easy. From my experience many things can go wrong. The piece may be too thick or too thin, changing a profile of the shoe hence making it uncomfortable, or it can be made from low quality material that worns out quickly.
Eugene's shoe repair made my shoes look new, with very sturdy new heel bottom and the shoes are still as comfy as they used to be. Thank you!!!
