The customer service was great. The employees were helpful and friendly. I received a follow up call asking if everything was fine with the car. I also received a call from Kendall after I returned the car asking if I was satisfied. I told him the only complaint I had was the car wasn't cleaned properly. The car had a lot of soap stains on it and you could barely see out the windshield. He apologized and offered a free upgrade on my next rental. I will surely mention this the next time I rent a car from them.

Enterprise Rental is the best ever rental agency. All of the staff at this particular location is outstanding - very helpful, friendly, hard working, and pleasant. They make you feel like family.
