Provided by YP.comAs a new resident of the Mount Vernon area, I was very interested in finding a good spot to eat, relax, and just hang out at with friends. Due to its location, decor and interesting menu, I thought City Cafe would be great spot. However, after several visits, I found that the customer service from both staff/management is terrible, the food is subpar and overpriced, and cleanliness is definitely an issue. I would NOT recommend this place for anyone.
