You Guys are the BEST. Very clean facility, cleanest bathrooms I ever seen in repair shop. Very very honest

Took my car in for an oil change on 10/16/15, my car was in perfect working condition, they said I needed a quart of transmission fluid, I said ok put it in. As soon as I left the car began bucking, drove less than one mile home, barely drove it the next day when I did it bucked and had transmission issues, but on Sunday when I drove to Walmart it bucked, shutdown, check engine light came on, cruise control light came on. I had to turn off car, turn back on and gingerly drive home and pray. Called my mechanic, he came over, I was short 1 1/2 quarts of oil and the transmission fluid was bone dry and I have NO LEAKS. We put 2 1/2 quarts transmission fluid in, he told me to have the guys at my work hook it up to the machine on Monday see if it was throwing codes and go over it with a fine tooth comb to see if they had done additional damage. No codes but I needed more transmission fluid so we popped in another qt. Both my cert mechanics have stated either they pulled the plug on the transmission fluid or they used a fluid evacuator. Let me state, I am female but I've been working with mechanics for 16 years, I just chose not to bother them with oil changes, major work yes, but oil changes I thought...they are so busy, I'll have someone else do that...well never again. When I confronted the owner he didn't like my language...so sorry...someone tries to blow up my transmission, I have issues, he called the mechanic over the mechanic states he put 6 quarts of oil in the car...LIE #1...why first I'm down 1 1/2 quarts and a true oil change only takes 5, the owner states fluid evacuation takes 1 hour LIE #2 it takes 5 to 8 minutes. Come on, I may be female but I am not stupid, The owner wants to know why I didn't bring it back, hello, that is what you wanted, me to bring it back so that you could try to sell me some type of service that I really didn't need do to something that your mechanic caused. Then today I get a call from the mechanic who tells me he "accidentally" on Friday pulled the wrong plug and didn't tell anyone and I was so irate yesterday he was scared but he had to come clean and blah blah blah...do I believe him...oh I told him everyone makes mistakes. but I don't believe him for one moment, this was DONE INTENTIONALLY, they knew what they were doing, the owner is using him as a scapegoat, they never expected to get caught, they had no idea that I had the connections that I do and that I have mechanics that will testify on my behalf. Stay away from this place, they should be investigated!

George was very polite, more than fair with the price and really liked how he took the time to explain everything so that I understood and was left with NO questions!

George is very nice and gave me a terrific estimate. It was right on target and was done right in a timely manner. I will be going back for an oil change soon and they now have a loyal customer for life!!!

I've had repairs done there twice, once on an emergency basis as my car broke down a block away. They know what they are doing and they charge a fair price. I went back for my second repair even though I live 25 miles away.

Again. These guys are always great. Responsive, honest, and friendly. Had an oil leak repaired and they did it right away. Made my day so much easier.

Very good auto repair service. The crew there just love to repair cars. I've visit this place for brake repair and I was flattered from the work done!
