I don't usually write reviews but seriously folks...this company may just be the worst of any consumer businesses I've dealt with. I was told I would receive oil on three separate occasions throughout the month and no one has come yet! They already have the money because I have a oil credit from last year. I will not be using this company again.

I have used this oil company for 22 years. I do'nt even know why they are never on time, they never give me the amount of oil they are supose. I have had it with company. I tried to be a good payon to them BUT TO HELL WITH THEM. After 22 years Iam taking my bussines some place else. Where the people will love my bussines. SEE YOU IN PASSING ON THE STREET

This is the truth they are never on time the staff is rude and they may not answer the phone we like to help the small business but they do not want to help us.

called on monday before 12 today is tuesday still have not rec'd any oil, sr citizen and infant in the house. on energy assitance, after today will not use them anymore. grandfather used them for years, but to out and out lie about deliveries is just not right.

I ordered from can do on Feb 4, 2010. I did not receive an oil delivery til Feb 16! Meanwhile, I ran out of oil during one of the worst winters in history! I called several times between the 4th and 16th leaving my credit card info with the answering service. I called once more on Feb 15th and was told they don't deliver to my area but since they've done it before, they'd deliver the 16th. I wasn't told that someone should be home, nor was I asked to resubmit my credit card info. When I called back on the 16th, I was told a delivery attempt was made, unbeknownst to me, but no oil was given because no one was home "to pay them". I explained that I'd given all of that info nearly 2 weeks ago. His response was "you talked to the answering service" I replied "then you should have the information. Why hire a service that doesn't provide what you hire them for?" In turn he said I'd appreciate it if you don't call here again. Terrible customer service. Never again will I order from 'can do'

I would not recommend this company to no one. The owner is a complete jerk. Driver did not give me all the oil I ordered and he did not want to hear about it. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. Kept saying my furnace was broke after I told him I already had it checked. He did not try to work the problem out or anything, Their cut off is supposed to be 5 but the driver came at 8 so I'm sure he didnt have enough oil. My tank didn't read what I ordered and I spent money getting everything checked out and tank was right. This company is a rip off!!!!! The owner should be ashamed of himself. More people need to call and make complaints. They lie and say if you call before whatever time you will get same day and that is a LIE!!!! That happened so many times to me and other people in my neighborhood.

I would not refer this company to anyone. I have ordered from them several times and told that fuel would be delivered that day, only to have it deliverd the following day after calling several times to pin them down. This is even worse when you are caaling before a weekend or holiday. In addition, they close their office at 5 on the dot - afterwards all calls go to a paid answering service that Can Do nothing more than taking a message. Taking messages do nothing in the way of getting fuel in your tank. My point - Why bother with a company like this when there are so many others that you can rely on. Apparrently - Can Do indeed CAN NOT DO

I have used this company for about 2 years and have been satisfied up to today. They have been prompt and curtious. However, after having taken my money and blatantly lying about a pending delivery before closing before a holiday weekend and leaving my flamily in the cold - I can nolonger use or reccomend them for use by anyone else. I ordered fuel on Wenesday and was told that delivery would be on that day. Upon calling them that evening after no delivery, I reached only a paid anwsering service. The following day (New Years Eve) they could not be reached by phone - not even the answering service. I have made arrandements with anothe fuel company to deliver on Saturday and will insist on a refund from Can Do and refuse delivery. It is odvious that Can Do indeed Can Not Do.

They were very courteous and very quick to respond to an emergency when I ran out of fuel. their prices were pennies less then the larger companies and they did not make you jump the hoops to get a delivery. I will definitely use them again.
