It;s obvious not much has changed since 2003. They have one of the rudest women I have ever come in contact with working behind the counter. She was so rude it stunned and shocked me. Their sandwiches are made with quality lunchmeat but I walked away feeling like I just paid to be treated rudely. I have went to Big Jim's twice and neither time was it a friendly experience, this last time did it. I will never go back and will never recommend BIg Jim's to anyone.
