I called on a Wednesday for appointment and got 1 that Friday for 10am to 1pm. 1:30 Friday rolls around and no tech. I called (410) 346-5924 I give the lady info and tell her its 1:30 and no tech and she says i got to give them a few hrs and I said i did it started at 10 to 1 then she say they have been trying to call me for days to tell me the tech was hurt and they need to cancel but this is a lie i have no incoming call that i cant identify and no messages on my service. So I would not take a chance with a company that does not show up and lies to a customer.
