I hired a 6 passenger stretch Limo for a night out with friends. I would not recommend it to anyone. Though the automobile itself was great and arrived on time, the driver didn't have enough local knowledge of the city. So he took us somewhere else instead of where I asked him to, and because of this we ended up going 15 minutes over time. Though the driver apologized twice for the mistake, the company charged us for overtime. When I took this up with them, they did not return my calls for more than a week even after I left voice messages. When they finally got back to me, they refused to do anything about it as according to them, we were in the vehicle so the "service was being used". So basically the company doesn't care about customers once they have received their payment and refuses to own up to mistakes. I went to them after reading some decent reviews and I must say I am extremely disappointed by their unprofessional attitude after the service was utilized.
