I used this company through my homeowners insurance two or three years ago when my freezer started leaking. The technician came to fix the problem but the problem started up again approximately a year later. A different company was sent out and a different repair was made this time.



Recently water started leaking from the freezer again and I called Always Best. Philip came over and performed work on the freezer and charged approximately $300. The only issue was water leaking from the freezer unit. Shortly thereafter the icemaker stopped producing ice. There was never a problem with the icemaker prior to his visit. We tried calling him countless times and left voicemails and he has not returned our calls. Clearly his company does not stand by its 90 day parts and labor warranty that is stated on the receipt.



Do not waste your time with Always Best Appliances. Repairs won't last and with horrible customer service they will never call you back when you have issues.

The same service tech has been to our home several times. He fixed our dryer and we never had any problems. So when our (3 year old) washer needed repair, we called him. We were pleased with the prompt response (he came out the same day) and he repaired the problem. About a year later, the washer needed repairing again for a different problem. And then again 6 months later for the same problem. He replaced the same part within 6 months of each other. I'm now starting to second guess if this tech took his time in completely diagnosing the problem.



Before the last time that the machine stopped working, it sounded like a freight train on the spin cycle. This is a Kenmore Quite ride machine and never sounded like that before. He replaced the pump (again) but it still sounded like a freight train on the spin cycle. Now here it is 4 months later and now it won't spin. My husband (who is a car mechanic, but didn't want to fool with the appliances) decided to take a look at it. We found numerous scratches on the back of the machine and a few broken stems on the cover where it was forced off.



While this service tech is nice enough and the prices average, we will not be calling this company again. We feel that the last 2 times the tech came out, the repair should have lasted longer than a few months. Consequently we have put more money into repairs than we paid for the machine in the first place.
