We had just moved in the Columbia area and needed our windows cleaned.They came recomended and did a great job!

I purchased a GRUPON on April 28th to have my gutters cleaned. On April 29 I contacted the company by email to inquire about scheduling an appt a representative from AAA responded and asked for my address and let me know that I didn't have to be present and that they would try and fit me in no problem they were unable to fit me in... still no issue next week he says he's coming and doesn't and when I called he let me know that his son got in trouble in school so he had to take time off to Handel that still NO PROBLEM I have TWO 14 year old sons then I receive a text Sunday mothers day saying we are coming Monday GREAT I'm so happy Monday comes and goes no text or call from AAA all communication up to this point has been initiated by me. Tues morning I text asking if they were coming today his response was that I didn't confirm so that's why they didn't come ???? Confirm what exactly ? I paid you agreed I tried to make an appointment and you said not necessary I don't even have to be HOME so what's to confirm ? So I called mike to ask and he didn't have an answer and was irritated that I was irritated because at this point I feel like you are taking advantage of my understanding and kindness and because mike didn't like my TONE he reminded me that I didn't pay him 69 $ i paid Groupon and to call back to get my money back .... The WORST EVER not sure if the GRUPON % affected his professionalism and work ethic but that's not my problem if you don't want GRUPON customers don't advertise on their SITE now my gutters aren't clean and MIKE HAS MY MONEY sounds like a SCAM

We have a 50 window house with storm windows,AAA cleaned them with in 4 hours. Our house is so bright because of the fantastic job. Michael and his crew are great. His estimate was even cheaper than we expected and for the work done,we would have paid more. Lol...Just want to say thank you and great job!!!

Mike's team was paid $450 to clean a vacated town home for a new tenant move-in in Canton. When we arrived to inspect the home, the floors had not so much as been swept, crumbs and food were in the kitchen drawers, counters hadn't been wiped. Only way we could tell someone had come was from the smear marks on the glass and stainless steel surfaces. When we called Mike, he asked us to provide an itemized list of what didn't meet our expectations- we just wanted the house to be cleaned.



Mike made arrangements to meet us at the property on Sunday morning to personally clean the house while we loaded the moving truck. On Sunday morning he sent a text stating he'd forgotten about a previous engagement and would no longer be coming. When we told him this was unacceptable, as we had already picked up our moving truck and had just this day to move, he called yelling tha he was doing us a favor since he doesn't usually work on Sundays, and that his wife had reminded him that he had to go to church this morning so he couldn't come. He said now he wasn't going to come at all, and hung up.



$450, one filthy house and an emotional outburst later, we're moving in.

Very Good Job! Michael had given us an estimate but we found someone a little cheaper so we went with them,big mistake.We called AAA the next year and not only did they do a fabulous job,Mike beat the previous guys by 15%...WOW. We will be calling them back. Jodi Meyer

Every year we look for a gutter company to clean our gutters and to our surprise,the company that we called also does snow removal.We highly advise anyone looking for a great cleaning company to give them a call. Thanks to Mike and AAA

I dont give reviews too often,but i made an exception.AAA cleaning did a great job on my windows an floors.I have about 70 windows and i thought it would take 4 days but the did it in one.I will be calling them back for years to come.PS:so should you!!!!!!!!!!! Sussan of ellicott city
