I have a close friend who has NO use of one hand. His other hand is crippled, one leg is paralyzed and he is confined to a wheelchair. He uses the branch out of GlensFalls NY. To start with, on numerous occasions when his regular aids were sick they gave him substitutes that without any notice showed up hours late and left hours early. Excuse always is "we just don't have anybody to cover" Now with 10 days notice, by mail that is, not even the professional decency of a phone call, inform him that they are leaving!
