response to emcglothin2. you have no facts on your statement about this company. this situation was investigated by the proper authorities and no malice on the company was found. its workers like you that give great DSW a bad name.

Do not hire these low life people to sit with your loved ones. These people do not care about the client, all they care about is the money they are getting for their service. Their service sucks. I know someone that works for these people and they have an employee that gives the client medicine to knock him out at night so she does not have to be bothered with him. It was told to the head person up there and they didn't fire this employee they sent 3 of the employees to do a drug test. Also his medicine is going missing. Instead of investigating where the hell his medicine is going they just sit there and want to talk down to this client. Yes he is their client but he still is in his right mind and if he doesn't want a certain person working there with him then they need to get rid of that person. This company needs to be closed down or get rid of the useless people that work in the office that doesn't care about the clients just the money coming in.
