Although the Ludington Baldwin area is not known for its cuisine you won't be completely disappointed . The food overall is decent with good portions and the occasional surprise in home cook like meals. They have some good hearty meals like their sausage and sauerkraut. All home made. Their Friday all-you-can-eat fish is pollack (this area feels that pollack is superior to cod). It actually is quite good but the grease isn't hot enough to prevent some sogginess. Overall the service is average, the price is very good and the food may surprise you.

We go to Barski's as often as we can when we are up there snowmobiling. The food Is great and they pay attention to detail. OH and great service.
