Worst delivery service ever in Bakersfield, CA worst customer service as well. You can't even call and talk to an agent. My important document sent 2 day Air supposed to be delivered 10/12/21 by 7:00 p.m. all day wait my front door open and they never knocked or anything just left a note saying customer not available. Again on 10/13/21 same thing. I am a disabled senior citizen. With no vehicle. UPS reviews for here are almost all bad. And the answer are always the same. If I could I would rate zero stars
