This mobile home park does not have decent management. I like there for nearly 14 years and it seemed like there was new managers every 6 months. Lately management has been related to other residents in park which means that they don't have to follow the rules. Load music at all hours, kids running loose with no supervision. Pool was always shut down due to unsanitary conditions. Bought a mobile home there and have been trying for 5 years to get a title. With all the changes in management no one knows nothing and will do nothing. I would rather live on the streets then in that place.
