Very bad experience and they would not make it right or fix it, I paid $135 dollars for a complete wash, wax and interior detail including shampooing of the carpets, what I got was a totally incomplete job, they did do a nice job on the carpets but that is all I could run my finger over the dash and pick up dust still and they did not clean all the trash out of the vehicle either, every single window on my truck was still dirty and I could run my finger around every rim on the truck and it came back black from the brake dust still being on them, I complained but all I got was an offer to run it back through the wash again, the manager was not good at customer service at all, I got so frustrated I had to leave and chalk it up to a bad choice of car washes by me, I will be contacting their corporate people to see what they think about it all, If any of you know the place I am talking about avoid it, Do yourself a favor and find another brand of wash as I have heard bad things about most of the locations here in town after my bad experience, never, never, never again will I be visiting any of the sparkling image carwashes in Bakersfield, California.
