i sent a friend me mine to take back things i bought and the store kept the food and the receipt. This store and managoet are a bunch of thieves. Please don't trust them with your business.

Some of the workers in this Grocery store are very "Rude".

The Security is a big "JOCK" they stand out side and the only things they are doing is "TEXTING" and talking to some of the Grocery store workers.

The store is clean and very organized.

The experience that I had going to FOOd Maxx in Bakersfield,Ca was not good at all.

The lines are long.

There is no 10 item check out line only.

There are many people standing in line with two items when the person in front of them have 25 items or more.

I tried asking the security guard a question, but she was to into her cell phone texting,She completely ignored me;-(... I'm not from Bakersfield,Ca, I'm from out of town and I just cant believe how unprofessional some of this workers are. I will never stop at Food Maxx on Union when I'm in Bakersfield, Ca. I will pay the extra cash just to get the right customer service I disserve.

The employer always sell the item thats for sale . If the consumer feel welcome to the store the consumer will keep on going to that store , but when the consumer feels like they are bugging they will stop going to that store and will find some other place where they feel welcome.
