My family and I were tenants at Oildale Arms for 9+ years. The Landlord Donna Holt says one thing and does another. During your lease signing she will tell you how she will work with you on late rent payment without any repercussion, but beware, she will report ALL the late payments when looking for a mortgage or other apartment. We can't get a new place because of this. She is always in your business and expects you to tell here everything. My kids couldn't even ride there scooters, play catch, or run around the apartments. Your neighbors are also always in your business. Beware of renting here. She also charges excessive late fees and will con you out of your security deposit.
