I lived in the North Park Apartments for two years and absolutely loved it. Everything from management to maintenance was awesome. Maintenance was always on top of everything and anything that needed done. I never had to worry about disruptive neighbors because honestly they kept the disruptive and disrespectful people out. That is a huge plus for me and my family. Being in North Bakersfield I have to say, there is worry of drug attics around and it was a relief not having to worry about it there. The apartments were well maintained inside and out. I have high expectations and well these apartments met them and on a budget.
