The instructors are phenomenal-
Armando is the Bakersfield zumba "king" and his Bollywood classes are fun
Deb is Bakersfield's most experienced instructor for pilates and matflow (fusion of pilates/yoga)
Earl is a dynamo martial arts practitioner and teacher with several blackbelts and tournament trophies
Noxo is a flawless dancer, whether it is ballet or bellydancing,
Rosie's restorative yoga is a gentle oasis

Working-out mindfully in ways that FEEL good, building strong supple physiques. BEGINNERS are welcome. No dance ability required for ZUMBA. No pre-existing flexibility required for MAT yoga/pilates classes. For the ZUMBA & BOOT CAMP workouts wear some kind of athletic footwear to cushion your feet Mind Body Bootcamp Mon-Fri 5am-6am is good for most levels of fitness, everyone can work at their own pace. Each class a different kind of workout and may include one, two or even three of the following types of workouts - ZUMBA, circuit training, pilates/yoga, cardio kickboxing, interval training, tabata, body-weight drills. BOSU, stability ball, step and hand-weights, qigong, belly-dance, or kundalini inspired workouts. We sweat, strengthen, stretch, shape and de-stress. Deb McCormacks MAT classes are mostly a mix of PILATES & YOGA with a variety of training techniques often including elements of qigong, tai-chi, belly-dance, functional fitness, capoeira. DDeb's MAT classes STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, SHAPE & TONE, improving physique, posture, & balance.
