Buyer beware! This guy claims to be a contractor but has no idea what he's doing. He has people sigh a power of attorney, claiming he needs it to pull the permit. What he is doing is pulling the permit as an owner contractor, using your power of attorney to pull it in YOUR name. He is NOT a contractor and for good reason. He does not know what the heck he is doing! You should see the shoddy, dangerous electrical work he did!

Buyer beware!!! Ask for copies of contractors license, liability insurance and workers comp insurance and asked to be claimed as an additional insured. No one should be subject to this kind of a con.
