Let me tell you, this place saved my life. Since 2013 I have been dealing with supervised visitations. I was on BOTH sides of the visits. I started having an ex parte filed against me and the judge ordered supervised visits due to my ex making lies against me. I then had to do a full 9 months of visits. It was the worse thing I had to ever feel going into it.
I started the visitations with another provider and they never documented anything and I never was able to get any evidence of how my visits were going to the judge. After two months of that, I requested to move the visits to Heavens House per my attorneys suggestion. I gave it a try and did onsite visits. I am SO glad I changed! At first I was a tad bit discouraged because their guidelines were more structured than the previous provider was, but then I learned that they actually helped me in the end. The staff was so nice and I didn’t feel like I was in trouble. I actually was able to enjoy my time with my children. Not only that, I was able to show the judge! I got my visitations lifted 7 months after starting there. The only reason that it took so long was because the other parent kept getting continuances. Let me tell you this, at that SAME court hearing my children were given back to me and their mother was “granted” supervised visits! She wanted to do it with my previous provider but I asked the judge to keep the children there for two reasons, they were comfortable with the staff and I know how visitations happen there. There is no place I would have trusted. After two years on my ex having visits, she finally turned her life around. We are now amicable and are coparenting as best as possible. We use their exchange services now and will probably continue to in order to keep the peace. I can not say enough to this place and what it has done for our family! I highly suggest this and stress that I’m sure the negative comments are from bitter people. They will soon see this is a great place.
