What an amazingly helpful company! They went over and above my expectations in handling my water heater issue. From the customer care rep Jenna who was pleasant and understanding, to the knowledgeable technician Mitch who took the time to explain the whole process and make sure I was comfortable with the repair, I couldn't have asked for better service. Because of this when I needed upgrade my tired old faucets I had them back out to install them. I received again prompt, polite, and professional service. If you want care and attention to detail this is the company to choose.

ZERO STARS!! By far THE WORST company I've ever had to deal with. My water heater has warranty in which their company is contracted through whirlpool. They were supposed to fix the heater at no cost to me except labor of course. 1st time a technician came out was to only charge me 260.00 for cleaning the heater & adding a vent. Didn't fix heater, because a plumber"Mitch" didn't want to check gas lines which was bizarre because he's a plumber!! Second time around now that gas lines were checked & cleared through a Roto Rooter plumbing (at no charge). Called to reschedule another appt Only to be notified that I would be paying an extra 275 to fix the problem.I began to question why I had to pay so much if the parts were covered through my warranty they disagreed we went back and forth I spoke to a woman by the name of Michelle who gave me a very nasty attitude basically yelled and said if I didn't like it to find another company that would service me because she was not going to serve me as if she had the authority to do so I then spoke to the supervisor Rick Palmer who I thought would have helped the situation. No,he too had a tone in his voice that sounded lazy & as if he didn't care. The tchnician, the customer care, nor the supervisor showed any kind of care or empathy towards the fact that I've been without a water heater for a month now so no I would NEVER recommend this company. It is by far the WORST I have ever came across.
