Images of pictures are great and they have great personalities but they don't know professionalism. It took a year for us to get our photo album after tons of phone calls, text, and e-mails. We couldn't send our get thank cards with our pictures because we wouldn't get a returned call from Amanda. They never returned my calls in a whole year and at the end had the nerve to text me to charge for a cd of the images after all that wait. I would never recommend them to anyone. I feel bad writing this because they seemed like good people but they lacked with their business. I was disappointed. I even had to file a complaint to the better business because I was fed up with waiting. I got married. 10/8/11 and didn't get album till late 10/2012.
