I Company was hired to install new tile in kitchen, hall, bath, laundry areas. Owner is rude and unprofessional. He never showed up when promised. He made holes in drywall that were not repaired and tile was placed over holes. Tile is now caving in. He was unable to figure out how to places tile on corner edges around stove. He tried but failed. Now the tops of my cabinets are still exposed. He initially hid this by pushing stove in to cover the mess. He did not remove old flooring from laundry room causing a higher point than in hallway. Placed tile over it anyhow. He added extra items to my order and charged to my credit card. He did NOT use these items in my home. Please beware if you are considering hiring this man. He will ruin your home. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and CA State Contractor's Board. I am sure my next stop is small claims court. This man is incompetent.
