stay as far away from this place as possible, they are crooks, they sold me a stolen car and then refused to refund my money when the c.h.p. took the car. the only reason I gave them a star is because this would not post with a -10 star ratting

the first time i used them they were very late did not even call to say they would be late until they were late ! manager kept saying ok no problem ,over and over again . even though i stated several times it was a problem , almost cost me my job ,did cost me several hundred dollars waiting for them .driver stated that they knew they would be late and did not have enough drivers to handle all the service calls that came in that day ! yet they just kept booking services leaving people waiting rather than admitting a problem ! owner called me apologized said it would not happen again please give them a chance . i said i would ,,,, well AAA sent them back to my home this evening driver had major attitude problem ,refused to load my vehicle properly , then drove off while i was filing a complaint with AAA I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY GET IT TOGETHER ,POOR SERVICE ! MANAGER THAT THINKS IT IS OK TO TELL YOU NOT A PROBLEM WHEN IT IS A PROBLEM . THEN DRIVERS THAT WANT TO ARGUE! RATHER THAN ASSIST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND REQUEST AAA USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY !
