I spent 2 1/2 hours at this appointment. The first hour was taking xrays with a new employee, and the second hour waiting. A newly required sedation fee had been implemented since my last visit (which was a nightmare) and even though the procedure was covered, the newly implemented fee was not. Having Medicaid insurance coverage did nothing for me at THIS office. If you cannot afford the fee, you will not even get the covered service. If I could pay out of pocket I wouldn't need medicaid. 2 hours of dead time in their office, and returned home with the tooth still in my head! I lost a day of wages and nothing was accomplished! I will not ever go to this office again.
