Installed a system a few years ago and still loving it!

Installed an air conditioner and high effiency gas furnace system in my home my bill went from 350 a month with my oil furnace to 120! Thanks!

A few years ago I inquired about purchasing a blaze king wood stove from valley metal and heating.

I was told that they were back ordered. I asked them about the blaze king dealers in Walla Walla, WA. And Milton Free Water. They said that is were they get theirs from, and they were all out. The next day I called the dealer in Milton Free Water, and he said he had them in stock. The next day I purchased one from him for $1200.00 less then what valley metal and heating had quoted me. I asked the dealer why his was so much less expensive and he said Valley Metal and Heating mark theirs way up.

On 1/4/11 My wife called Valley metal and Heating because our heater was putting out cold air. Steve came out and said it would coast as much to fix the heater as it would to put in a new one. I asked him how much we were talking about. He said $1600.00 to $1800.00

The next day I had another company come out they had the heater fixed the next day total coast was $400.00

Valley metal and heating sent me a bill for $80.00 furnace service and $55.00 Travel.

When I got the bill I went to Valley Metal and heating and told Steve. I understand $55.00 travel but $80.00 for furnace service I thought was out of line sense he said it would coast as much to fix as a new one and I was looking at $1600.00 to $1800.00. He said he did a dynastic test and that is his normal charge and he would not adjust it.

I told him I had the heater fixed for $400.00 so that tells me he does not know what he is talking about, and I would pay him when I get around to it.

I will pay him when I see the out come of this complaint.
