Just an amazing man with an incredible knowledge of sewing machines. I gave Patsy a machine with missing parts that was built in the 1930s . It took a while, but Patsy came through with the parts I needed and repaired and polished this machine and it RUNS like NEW!!! I am more that pleased with this service and knowledge from this man. Patsy is in his eighties, but I hope this guy goes on forever. Truly one of a kind and just talking to him is a real pleasure.

This shop has been around for a very long time. He fixes sewing machines and does it right. He even was able to tune mine up while I waited for it. The other reviewer much have not come back for it and it was lost... somehow? 2 years??? Why would it take 2 years? Me thinks something went wrong and I dont think it was this man or his shop. Half of what she said does not jive....

It took over 2 years to get the repair. I hope people will not to go there. He could not get my machine right but had one just the same year and model and said it would be like new. Well, when I went to get the machine it did straight and zigzag. I said why would I spend $50.00 more for this machine when it will not work right also. He said he did not have my machine. $400.00 repair . Please find someplace else for your machine repairs. Now I am looking also,and hope someone can fix this machine.
