Jennifer O'Brien has to be one of the nicest, most informed, sales person, I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She walked me through everything and got my built in double oven to me ASAP. And considering all the back orders, she helped me find one that was available in stainless steel. I have since spoken to her again about another appliances need AND she is helping my brother with his appliances, also! WAY TO GO PLESSERS for hiring top notch people! Thanks Kathy Campbell.

Kudo's to Jennifer O'Brien at Plesser's Appliances in NY
A couple of months ago I started looking for a refrigerator that had very specific requirements as to size, color and other attributes. After much research, I found the refrigerator that met my needs. No other one would do. So I started calling around: Big Box hardware stores, local appliance stores and soon, any possible lead on the internet. With no luck. Making one last ditch effort I called the last place on my list: Plesser's Appliances, BBQs and TVs, etc. I expected to hear another NO. But Jennifer O'Brien, Inside Sales Associate, said, 'I'll look around and call you back'. And she did, within the hour. And she found one! She arranged the sale and transportation from NY to NC!
Who gives that kind of service these days!?! Well, Jennifer does. Thank You So Very Much!! I am so happy.

I have purchased from Plessers Appliances in the past. Today, I placed an order for a electric cooktop. There were none available, but fortunately Plessers did have the one I was looking for. I have not yet received my order, but Jennifer O'Brien has provided phenomenal service thus far. After endless frustration with Brandsmart, Best Buy, and other appliance retailers, my experience with Jennifer at Plessers has been enormously refreshing and relieving. Furthermore, whereas other retailers have promised they had refrigerators in stock when they did not, and other retailers have promised false delivery dates, Plessers scheduled my shipment within the week.
