On the condition of my hair. She informed me I would NEVER have a good perm because I would never be happy with any of them?..mind you this person JULIE has never met me, only apparently LIED to me on two separate occasions. The first when setting my appointment and the second when she called to cancel!! She tried to make me feel like it was my fault she felt incompetent about following through with my consultation and or perm!! Trying to blame Clients for your incompetence!!! If she were a professional she would never treat a client like she did me, I am a professional, and She needs to act like one. Very ashamed of Julie and this establishment for employing her!! I wonder how many other customers she has covered her inabilities with. It?s to bad people like her are out there in the business blaming their inabilities on their clients or like me non clients. She said she doesn?t like to lie?..well apparently she is very good at it!!

High Maintenance, Great paying customer! This company will never have!!!! On Thursday the 26 of July 2012, I made an appointment with Julie (supposedly a professional hair dresser) at this facility for Tuesday the 31, 2012 at 5:00. In our conversation I asked her for a consultation before I got my perm to know if my hair was in good enough condition not to burn and handle a perm. Well, she said that she would do that prior to the perm. The perm would be $125.00 and go up from there. That was not an issue. I was working Tuesday 31, 2012 five days after I made the appointment. I received a call from Julie stating she had an emergency and had to go out of town this evening and had to cancel my appointment, but she would be calling me back to make sure I got the message. WELL she certainly did call me back and explained she LIED to me she did not have an emergency out of town.she was cancelling my appointment because she felt uncomfortable about me asking for a consultation?!?
