I was referred to this office in Azle after alot of family and personal issues. I started counseling with a counselor who worked hard over three months to get me through it. I don't just talk to anyone easy and it took months to get to where I was comfortable!! I was happy with my progress until one week I was told to call later for my weekly apt. And told that the counselor might change to a different office but would be able to see me still. After four weeks of calling non-stop and getting no reply to my messages from the office or the couselor!! I finally got a text from a random counselor to make a apt. I have never been in counseling before and dont know about how this works but I can tell you just being dropped in the middle of this time of my life has added to my stress instead of help it!!! I spent months building trust with a counselor to just be dropped with out a word. My wife has gone through hell as a child, abandonment, and abuse!! She dosent trust anyone and had just got to where she was able to get a break through and then we were just droped with no response!!! She will never go back now to another counselor!! So we are stuck trying to figure it all out on our own now. A text from a counselor a month after you have called every day docent seem to me to be adequate!! If you call the Azle office all you get is a voicemail and no one ever checks it or if they do it is not important enough for them to call you back!!
