I have been here over a year and have been very happy! The management team is awesome and work hard to improve every facet of the park. I love the fact that they have the sheriffs department out to patrol it makes me feel safe. The people here are all very kind and willing to help in anyway they can. The quality of the rv's has nothing to do with the quality of the people. Right now there is a group gathered around a fire music low enjoying life. I have a feeling wherever Melissa lands she will have the same problems she has imagined at Live Oak. People like her never find good in anything. If you want to feel like a part of a caring community then this is the place to wheel on in.

I have never felt more at home then I have here at Live Oak R V park, from the time I was given the welcome tour to find my spot I have been made to feel comfortable and at ease here. the managers I have seen deal with small situations in a very professional respectful manners , I was very impressed. the daily maintenance that is being done just in the few months I have been here is impressive and it's not often that you see managers daily working in the yard and around the park to beautify the place. my hats are off to the managers and the owners of this Park, good job and keep up the good work! I don't know what this Melissa A person is talking about. must be some of the rift raft that has been removed as part beautifacation process. you can tell the vengeance in the review.

My name is Theresa and I am a proud part of the management team AND community at Live Oak RV Park. I want to let everyone know what we are about at Live Oak. The owners, Ray and Larry Brawley, are consistently making improvements in the quality of living environment and level of personal safety for the tenants. We have had a recent review that I feel brings up some points that need to be elaborated on. The first one is about the quality of the present tenants RVs. We value the quality of our tenants personally over the year model of their units. The next topic is police presence. We have a great relationship with the Tarrant County Sheriffs Department and they patrol on a regular basis at our request. Safety is a priority to us. We are updating utilities and adding convenience amenities as quickly as time allows. Also, our tenants do have differences between occasionally, every neighborhood does. It rarely requires police intervention. We strive for a friendly community atmosphere.

We moved in there in Feb. 2016 and left a month ago... the park has a lot of less than desirable people living in it police are a common sight in the park and management well let's say it leaves a lot to be desired... the park has no control at all run down rvs allowed in there and the only get togethers that the current manager speaks of in her review are run-ins between tennents.. if your even thinking about pulling in there keep driving fast it's not what it's made out to be.
